Parts grades
Two grades, both tested
Standard parts
High quality compatible parts from suppliers we have tested for years. Bright screens, real battery capacity, proper fit.

Original grade parts
Parts that match the factory specification, where they can be sourced. Best colour and touch on flagship phones and premium laptops.

- Part shown to you before fitting
What is covered
Our warranty, in plain words
- The part we fitted, and our work fitting it
- Faults that appear in normal use during the warranty
- Free re-fit, or a new part, at the lab or by rider
Not covered
- New cracks, drops or liquid after the repair
- Repairs opened by another shop afterwards
- Software problems not linked to our part

Your data
What happens to your data on the bench
We never ask for your passcode for screen, battery or port repairs. For tests that need it, you can type it in yourself at the lab, or we test with a guest profile.
Devices are kept in a locked cabinet overnight. Rescued data is handed to you and wiped from our drives the same day.

Claims and returns
How do I make a claim?
Send your phone number and a short note on WhatsApp. Bring it in or book a free rider for warranty work.
Does a repair affect the maker’s warranty?
Opening a device can affect a maker’s warranty. If your device is still under one, we suggest you check with the maker first.
What if the same fault comes back?
Within warranty we fix it free. If it comes back a second time, you choose a refund for that repair.
Independent repairer
Lensfix is an independent repair lab. We are not linked to, or approved by, any device maker. Model names on this site show which parts fit.
Old parts returned
Your old part comes back in a labelled bag unless you ask us to recycle it.
E-waste
Dead batteries and boards go to a licensed recycler in Abuja every month.
