How pickup works
Sealed, photographed, tracked
Book on WhatsApp
Send your district, the device and a slot.
Hand over
The rider seals it in a numbered bag and sends you a photo.
Diagnosis and quote
We test it and message the price. Nothing is done until you say yes.
Return and pay
Pay by transfer or POS when the rider brings it back.
Before the rider arrives
Back up if you can, remove your SIM card and memory card, and turn off device tracking only if we ask for it.
Offices and estates
We collect from reception or the estate gate. Tell us the name to leave it with on return.
Outside the routes
Kubwa, Karu and Lokogoma by arrangement, or send it with your own driver to Maitama.

Is my device insured with the rider?
Yes, every pickup is covered from the moment the bag is sealed until it is back in your hand.
Can the rider wait while it is fixed?
For quick screen and battery jobs in Maitama and Wuse 2, yes, for a small waiting fee.
What if I am not home on return?
We rebook the return for free once. After that, the return trip is charged again.
