How it works
From your door and back again
Six stages, each tracked, so you always know where your clothes are. Here is what happens to every bag.
Stage 1
Pickup
Rider collects, counts and tags each item in front of you, and photographs anything stained or damaged.
Stage 2
Sorting
At the plant, items are checked against your list and sorted by fabric, colour and process.
Stage 3
Cleaning
Washed in softened, filtered water at the right temperature, or dry cleaned for delicate fabrics.
Stage 4
Finishing
Steam pressed by hand. Shirts on hangers, everything else folded flat in tissue where needed.
Stage 5
Quality check
A supervisor checks every bag against the pickup photos before it is sealed.
Stage 6
Delivery
Back to your door in a sealed, labelled bag, at a window you choose.

The plant
Built so nothing stops
Our 600 square metre plant on Admiralty Way runs on solar with a gas generator backup, so a power cut never leaves your clothes damp in a drum. Water goes through a softener and three filters before it reaches the machines.
- 14 washers, 10 dryers, 6 ironing stations
- Separate machines for whites and for baby clothes
- CCTV on every station
Questions
Process questions
Never. Each order runs in its own machine with its own tag.
Only on whites, only oxygen bleach, and only if you allow it.
