Buying
Are prices on the site final?
They are example rates for this demo. In a live salon, diamond prices are confirmed on the day.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, for pieces over ₦5m: 30% to reserve and the balance over up to six months, with the piece held in our safe.
How do I pay?
Card or bank transfer through Receivly online, or transfer and POS in the salon. Every payment gets a receipt.
Diamonds
Do all diamonds have reports?
Every stone over 0.3 carats has a report from an independent laboratory.
Where do your stones come from?
From dealers who sign our sourcing code and can show where a stone has been.
Do you sell lab-grown diamonds?
Not in this demo. A live jeweller could add them with their own prices.
Rings
What if the size is wrong?
Resizing is free for two years for Larkspur rings.
How long does a custom ring take?
Three to five weeks from the ring builder, six to ten for bespoke.
Can you engrave?
Yes, by hand, in any language, checked by a native speaker.
Delivery and care
Do you deliver?
Free insured delivery in Abuja; insured courier elsewhere in Nigeria from ₦45,000.
Is cleaning really free?
Yes, for life, for Larkspur pieces.
Can I return a piece?
Unworn, unengraved pieces can be exchanged within 14 days.
