1. Platform Engagement & Role Calibration

By utilizing the Onvaro platform, employers agree to submit accurate role requirements. Onvaro acts as the vetting intermediary and contractual facilitator connecting qualified international professionals with companies.

2. The 14-Day Risk-Free Trial Guarantee

Every new candidate engagement initiates with a mandatory fourteen (14) day evaluation trial. If the employer determines during this period that the candidate does not meet technical or communication expectations, the employer may terminate the engagement immediately with zero invoice liability for services rendered.

3. Intellectual Property Assignment & Confidentiality

All work product, code, documentation, designs, and inventions created by talent during their engagement belong exclusively and irrevocably to the employer organization. All candidates sign comprehensive multilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

4. Payment & Cancellation Terms

Following the successful conclusion of the 14-day trial period, billing proceeds on a weekly or monthly cadence according to the active plan. Engagements can be modified or terminated with 14 business days written notice.
