Booking
How do I hold a room?
Pick your dates on the rooms page and choose a room. We hold it for 24 hours; half the stay by bank transfer confirms it.
Can I change my dates?
Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before arrival, subject to the room being free. Inside 48 hours we keep one night of the deposit.
Do you take company bookings?
Yes. We issue receipts in the company name and can invoice for long stays once the first stay is paid.
Is there a minimum stay?
One night in the week. Two nights on Friday and Saturday during wedding season, from November to January.
Paying
How can I pay?
Bank transfer, POS at the desk or cash. We send the account details on WhatsApp so they are in writing.
Are taxes included?
Yes. The rates you see include VAT and the state consumption tax. Example rates for this demo.
Do you need a deposit for groups?
For five rooms or more, 30% secures the block, with the balance on arrival.
The stay
What time is check-in?
From 1pm, and check-out by 12 noon. Early bags are welcome and late check-out is free when the room is not needed.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, for the guests booked in the room, from 7am to 10am on the back veranda.
Is the power steady?
Yes. Solar and inverters carry the house through the night, with a generator as back-up.
Can I bring children?
Of course. Children under five stay free in the parents' room, and the family room sleeps four.
Do you allow pets?
We are sorry, not inside the house. The desk can suggest a pet minder nearby.
Getting here
Is there parking?
Yes, room for eight cars inside the gate with a night guard.
How far is the airport?
Lagos airport is about two hours in light traffic. Use the planner on the contact page to choose your hour.
Can you collect me from the motor park?
Yes, from Kuto or Lafenwa motor parks for an example ₦3,500.
