Leather shoes are built to be repaired. A new heel costs a fraction of a new pair, and a resoled shoe often fits better than it did on day one. We work on men's, ladies' and children's shoes, boots, sandals and sneakers.

The front of the sole had opened like a mouth. We cleaned both faces, glued with contact cement, pressed overnight and stitched through by machine so it cannot open again.

Is it worth repairing
A quick check you can do at home.
- Is the upper still sound? If the leather is not cracked through, it is worth saving.
- Does the shoe still fit? We can stretch a little, but not a whole size.
- Is it leather or good synthetic? Cheap glued plastic soles often cannot be stitched.
- Would a new pair cost more than three times the repair? Then repair wins, every time.

Can you repair sneakers?
We clean sneakers, glue soles that have lifted and stitch torn uppers. Foam soles that have crumbled cannot be saved.
Do you dye shoes a different colour?
Yes, leather can go darker, never lighter. Brown to black is the most common job, from ₦8,000.
How long do new heels last?
With daily wear on Kaduna roads, a rubber top piece lasts three to six months. Replace it before it wears through.
Can you fix a broken stiletto heel?
If the heel has snapped clean, often yes, with a new metal pin. Bring both pieces.
