Day by day

Day 1
Lagos to Yankari
Pickup at 05:40, flight to Abuja, road to the park with lunch on the way. Evening swim at Wikki spring.

Day 2
The river at dawn
First drive at 06:15 along the Gaji. Breakfast back at camp, siesta, afternoon drive to the hippo pools.

Day 3
On foot with a ranger
A two-hour walking safari with an armed park ranger, then the Marshall caves in the afternoon.

Day 4
A full day out
Packed breakfast, a long drive to the far side of the park and a picnic under a tamarind tree.

Day 5
Slow day, last drive
Free morning for the spring or the birding hide. Last drive at 16:00, farewell supper by the fire.

Home
Early breakfast, road to Abuja, afternoon flight to Lagos, driven home by evening.

Yes. Return economy flights Lagos to Abuja and all road transfers are included.
How long are the drives
About 3 hours each, morning and afternoon. You can skip any drive and stay at camp.

Can we join on Day 2
Yes. You can make your own way to Abuja and meet the vehicle there, and we take the flight off the price.
