Due 21 days before, by card or transfer.

Payment and cancellation

- Deposit
- 30% of the trip price, through Receivly by card or bank transfer
- Balance
- Due 21 days before departure
- Cancel 45 days or more before
- Full refund of the deposit
- Cancel 21 to 44 days before
- Deposit kept, or moved once to another date free
- Cancel under 21 days
- 50% of the full price, unless we can fill your seat
- If we cancel
- Full refund within five working days, or a new date of your choice
Before you pay
Booking questions
Can I pay in instalments
Yes. After the deposit you can pay the balance in up to three parts, as long as it is complete 21 days before.
Do you take POS or cash
We take card and bank transfer through Receivly, and POS at the Yaba office. We do not take cash in the field.
Can someone else pay for me
Yes. We can send a Receivly link to anyone you name.
No date suits you
Private trips can leave any day. Build one and we will find the rooms.
