Joining
How do I join?
Apply online, meet the membership secretary, and the committee decides at its monthly meeting.
Do I need sponsors?
Two members help, but you can join an introduction evening instead.
How much is the application fee?
₦150,000, paid through Receivly by card or transfer. It is not refundable.

Paying
How do I pay my subscription?
At once or in four instalments, by bank transfer or card through Receivly. Transfers match to your account within minutes.
How do guests pay?
Through your member account, settled monthly.
Is VAT included?
Yes, in every example price on this site.

Using the house
What happens when NEPA takes the light?
Nothing you will notice. Solar and a silent generator keep every room on, day and night.
Is there parking?
Forty spaces, with a drivers’ lounge.
Can I bring my children?
Until 7pm in the garden and Long Room, and at family events.

Dining and rooms
Do I need to book a table?
For dinner on Fridays and Saturdays, yes. Breakfast and lunch are walk-in, and the kitchen keeps two tables back for members who arrive without booking.
Can guests stay overnight?
Yes, in one of the eight bedrooms, booked by their member, who remains their sponsor for the stay.
Is there a halal or vegetarian menu?
Every menu marks vegetarian and gluten free dishes, and the kitchen will cook halal on request with a day’s notice.

Privacy
Who sees my application?
Only the membership secretary and the committee.
Are members listed anywhere?
No. We never publish a members’ list.
