How far ahead should we book?
For harmattan Saturdays, a year. Weekdays and the rainy months, three to six months.
How do we hold a date?
With a ₦250,000 deposit through Receivly, refundable within 7 days.
Can we change our date?
Once, free, up to six months before.

What about power?
A solar bank and a gas generator, switched over in under a second. Your guests will not notice.
Is there security?
Yes, at the gate and in the car park, with a list of expected guests if you wish.
What time must we finish?
Music ends at 23:00. Clear-down by midnight.

Is alcohol allowed?
No. The Glasshouse is an alcohol-free venue.
Can we have separate seating?
Yes, with fabric partitions in the Glass Hall or on the lawn.
Is there a place to pray?
Yes, a quiet prayer room and ablution area beside the Glass Hall.

Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, card and Receivly links. POS at the office.
Is the deposit refundable?
In full within 7 days of holding. After you confirm, it counts towards the hire.
