If it trips again straight away, leave it off and call us. Forcing it on can start a fire.
No water, no metal
Never touch switches with wet hands, and never use metal tools near a fault.
What the results mean
Four levels of urgency.

Is the checker a diagnosis?
No. It is a guide based on what most often causes the signs you describe. Only an electrician testing on site can confirm a fault.
Why does it ask about the grid?
Faults that appear when light comes back often point to surges or a loose neutral, which can damage appliances.
Is my answer sent anywhere?
Only if you choose to send it on WhatsApp or book. Nothing leaves your phone otherwise.
