Yes, or someone over eighteen who can show us the board and the fault.
Will you switch my power off?
Usually for part of the visit. We tell you before, so you can save work and close fridges.
What if the fault is with the supplier?
We test and tell you. Faults on the meter or the pole are for the supplier, and we can help you report it.
Can I pay after?
Yes, by transfer or POS once the work is tested.
