15-Day Return Window
We want you to feel complete confidence in every NOLVEN garment. If a piece does not fulfill your expectations, we invite you to return or exchange it within 15 days of confirmed delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by all original tags and protective packaging.
Initiating a Return
To request a prepaid digital return label, access your account dashboard or email concierge@nolven.com with your order reference number. Refunds are processed to the original payment source within 3–5 business days of inspection.
