Where are NOLVEN garments manufactured?
All NOLVEN apparel is produced in certified family-owned ateliers in Portugal (knits, tees, and hoodies), Northern Italy (lambswool and tailored blazers), and Japan (specialty twills and denims).
How do your oversized silhouettes fit?
Our garments are designed with intended structural volume and dropped shoulders. We suggest ordering your true size to experience the intended silhouette, or sizing down if you prefer a slim tailored fit.
What is your shipping timeframe and cost?
We offer complimentary carbon-neutral shipping on orders exceeding $100. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 business days within North America and Europe.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed garments with tags attached within 15 days of delivery.
How do I care for my heavyweight garments?
We recommend washing cottons inside out at 30°C on a delicate cycle and drying flat in shade. Wool knitwear should be washed by hand with mild wool detergent or specialist dry cleaned.
