About the shop
Started as one shelf in 2017, run by the same family today.
Cradle & Co began when our founder, a nurse who had just had her second child, could not find a hospital bag list that matched what Ibadan wards actually asked for. She wrote one, printed it and stocked a shelf with everything on it.
Word spread from antenatal clinics around Agodi and Mokola. By 2020 the shelf was a shop, and in 2023 we took the floor upstairs for cots, prams and the packing table. The team is now eleven, most of them parents themselves.
We are a shop, not a clinic. We do not give medical advice and we do not sell medicines. What we do well is make the practical side calm: the right things, at fair prices, in the right week.
Getting here
From the main routes into Agodi.
From Secretariat
Head towards Agodi Gate, take the second left after the filling station. We are the cream building with the green awning.
From Bodija
Come down Bodija Link and turn right before the gardens. Parking is at the back, through the side gate.
By keke or bus
Ask for Agodi Gate and walk three minutes. The ramp is on the left side of the building.
