Questions
About pre-qualifying.
Does pre-qualifying affect my credit record?
No. We do not run a credit search until you make a full application and agree to it.
Is the amount guaranteed?
No. It is an indication based on what you told us and example rates. Your offer depends on documents, valuation and title.
Can I pre-qualify with my spouse?
Yes. Add both take-home pays together in step three and tell your adviser it is a joint application.
What if my title is only a survey?
Your result will explain the options. Often the title can be regularised before you apply.
