Booking questions
Before you book
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to let us in and show us the units. Many clients leave a house help or security in charge.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or POS after the job, or monthly on a plan.
What if you find a bigger fault?
We stop, send photos and a price, and only go ahead when you say yes.
