Card, transfer or cash
Pay online by bank transfer when you book, or at the jetty by POS or cash. Commuter passes can be paid monthly by standing order. We never ask for payment to a personal account.
Receipts come by SMS. Companies can ask for a monthly invoice for staff travel through the booking desk.
Are fares the same every day?
Yes, weekday and weekend fares are the same. Only the Oyan cruise has a holiday rate.
Do infants pay?
Under twos travel free on an adult’s lap, with a child jacket.
Can I pay for cargo on arrival?
Regular traders with a cargo account can. Others pay at the desk before loading.
Is there a fee for changing my ticket?
No, if you change two hours or more before departure.
