Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
Welcome to PureShine. By booking or utilizing any residential, commercial, or specialized cleaning services through our website, phone, or written agreements, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.
1. Services & Standards
PureShine delivers professional cleaning pursuant to the service category chosen (Essential, Signature, Deep Clean, or Move In/Out). We supply all commercial-grade, non-toxic cleaning agents, microfiber tools, and HEPA vacuums unless specific client-supplied products are requested in writing.
2. The 100% Satisfaction Commitment
We take tremendous pride in our craftsmanship. If you find any area or fixture that does not reflect our stated checklist standards, please notify PureShine within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion. We will gladly dispatch a technician or supervisor to re-clean the flagged areas at zero additional charge.
3. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. You may reschedule or cancel any scheduled appointment without fee by providing at least twenty-four (24) hours advance notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a modest \$50 late-notice dispatch fee to compensate reserved staff time.
4. Property Access & Utility Requirements
Clients agree to provide safe access to the premises (via physical presence, keypad code, or lockbox) as well as working electricity and running hot/cold water during the appointment. If pets are on premises, clients agree to secure any animals that may experience stress around vacuum equipment.
5. Insurance & Bonding
PureShine maintains comprehensive commercial general liability insurance and surety bonding. In the unlikely event of accidental damage or property breakage, our supervisors must be notified within 48 hours for immediate claim handling and repair/replacement dispatch.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Inquiries regarding terms should be directed to legal@pureshine.com.
