04How it works
- CheckType your street. We show what is live and the best plan for your home.
- OrderPick a plan and an install date. Pay by transfer, card or POS on the day.
- InstallTwo engineers, two to three hours. We run the fibre, fit the router and test every room.
- StreamNo data caps, no throttling at night, and a local team on call.
05At home
Built for evenings.
When the whole house is online, a 4K film in the parlour, homework on the laptop, a video call with family abroad, a shared mobile connection struggles. Fibre does not slow down at 8pm.
Add a router power backup and your Wi-Fi keeps going for about six hours when the grid goes off.
Home fibre in detail06Business
For shops, clinics and offices.
Static IPs for POS and CCTV, a four hour fault response and a monthly uptime report. Hotels and schools can add a backup wireless link that switches over by itself.
