Our riders
Trained, uniformed and careful
Every rider has finished our gas handling course. They carry cylinders upright in a steel cage, never lay them flat and never ride with a cylinder on their lap. They will ask to see where your cylinder stands and do a soap test on the hose before they leave.
Riders carry an ID card with a photo. If you are not sure, call the depot and we confirm the name.

Delivery questions
Do I need to be home?
Someone needs to hand over the empty cylinder and receive the full one. A gateman or neighbour is fine.
Can you deliver to an upstairs flat?
Yes, up to the fourth floor at no extra charge. Above that we ask for a ₦500 carry fee.
What if it rains?
Riders wear rain gear and still ride, but heavy rain can add 30 minutes. We message you if a slot moves.
Can I swap instead of waiting?
Choose swap in the price tool. The rider brings a full depot cylinder and takes yours, so you are cooking again in minutes.
