1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AIVA services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the service.
2. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership
As between you and AIVA, you retain all ownership rights in the content, prompts, files, and deliverables generated by you through the platform. AIVA claims no copyright ownership over generated outputs.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AIVA to generate malicious software, distribute unauthorized copyrighted material, facilitate fraud, or engage in unlawful harassment. Violation of these principles will result in immediate termination of account access.
4. Subscription Billing & Cancellations
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual cadence. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard settings, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle without prorated penalty.
5. Limitation of Liability
AIVA is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive for extreme uptime and sub-second accuracy, we do not warrant that outputs are free from factual errors. Users should review and verify critical code and legal documents before production deployment.
