1. Our Zero Training Commitment

AIVA is engineered with complete customer data isolation. We do not use your inputs, uploaded documents, conversation history, or code snippets to train, fine-tune, or improve any public artificial intelligence models.

2. Data Collected & Processed

We collect account identifiers (such as your name and verified email address) solely to manage authentication, subscription billing, and security. Telemetry data collected is strictly anonymized and limited to system latency and crash diagnostics.

3. Encryption & Data Retention

All data transmitted to and from AIVA is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256 bit encryption. You may export or permanently delete your conversation records and workspace memory at any time from your account settings.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you optionally authorize connections to third-party services (such as Google Workspace, Notion, or Slack), AIVA only accesses the minimal scopes necessary to fulfill requested actions. We never resell your data.
