How it runs
From first call to a quiet monthly rhythm.
- Week 1
First conversation
Forty minutes with a partner, free of charge. We listen, ask for the last two years of returns and tell you what we see.
- Week 1 to 2
Proposal and engagement letter
A fixed fee, a named team and a list of what we need from you. Signed electronically, no long contract.
- Week 2 to 4
Clean up
We take over from your previous adviser, reconcile the open years and agree any backlog with the tax office.
- Month 2 onward
The monthly rhythm
Returns prepared by the 15th, sent to you for approval, filed early. A short report lands in your inbox each month.
- Every quarter
Partner review
An hour on the numbers that matter: cash, margins, the tax position and anything coming up in the calendar.
