Process
How we plan
Six chapters, from the first conversation to the last song. You always know what is happening, what is next and what it costs.
- 01
Weeks 1 to 2
Discovery
A long, unhurried consultation about the two of you, your families, your faith and traditions, your budget and the feeling you want guests to leave with. We visit both family homes if invited.
- Consultation and questionnaire
- First budget outline
- Proposal and agreement

- Vendor shortlists
- Tastings and site visits
- Live budget tracker
- 04
Months 4 to 9
Families and guests

Questions
About the process
How many meetings will we have?
For full planning, about twelve formal meetings plus tastings, fittings and site visits.
Can our parents join meetings?
Yes, and we encourage it for the budget and guest list meetings.
What happens if a vendor lets us down?
We keep a list of trusted backups for every role and handle the change for you.
Do you help with the honeymoon?
We can introduce you to a travel partner, but we do not book travel ourselves.
