Inside our new liquids line

Two years, one room and a lot of stainless steel. How we built the line that now fills our antiseptics and syrups.

Why a new room

Our first liquids were filled in a corner of the powders hall. It worked, but it limited how much we could make and how cleanly we could separate products. In 2024 we decided to build a dedicated room with its own air handling.

The build

The room has smooth walls and coved corners so nothing collects. Air is filtered and kept at a slight positive pressure, so dust moves out, never in. Vessels are stainless steel, cleaned in place and checked with swabs between products.

Power and water

Lagos power is not always steady, so the line runs on solar panels during the day with gas generators taking over without a pause. Purified water comes from our own treatment plant and is tested twice a day.

What it means for buyers

The line fills up to 10,000 litres a batch, which means steadier supply of Verdaclean and syrups, and room for contract clients. The first validated batches were released in August 2026.
