What we hold to
Four rules on the wall of the canteen
- Never release a batch we would not give our own family
- Write it down, or it did not happen
- Answer every complaint, by phone, the same day
- Make medicines people can afford, without cutting corners

Community
Beyond the plant
Every year we host forty pharmacy students from Lagos universities for placements, fund a hand hygiene programme in fifty public primary schools, and train community pharmacists on spotting falsified medicines.
Our liquids line runs on solar power during the day, with gas generators as backup, and our waste water is treated on site before release.
