When should brake pads be changed?
When the pad material is about 3 mm thick, or when you hear the wear indicator squeal. Our fitting bay checks them free.
Should I change discs too?
If the discs are scored, warped or below the minimum thickness stamped on them. We measure them before fitting.
Do ceramic pads suit older cars?
Yes, they suit most cars. They are quieter and cleaner than older semi-metallic pads.
