Questions
Bulk order questions
Can I mix bag sizes in one order?
Yes. Tiers count every rice bag in the order, whatever the size.
How soon can you deliver?
Port Harcourt city orders confirmed by noon go out the next morning. Further away, allow two to three days.
Do you load my own truck?
Yes. Book a loading slot at the Trans Amadi gate. Loading a 30 tonne truck takes about ninety minutes.
What if a bag is damaged?
Tell the driver before signing, or call within 24 hours with a photo. We replace damaged bags on the next delivery.
