By commissioning an itinerary or reserving travel packages through Tripora, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. A legally binding booking contract is formalized upon receipt of written itinerary confirmation and verification deposit.
2. Pricing Transparency & Inclusions
All published rates reflect curated luxury arrangements. Unless explicitly noted in your custom schedule, package rates cover luxury lodging, designated private ground transit, guided excursions, and specified meal programs. International airfares and personal expenditures remain the traveler's responsibility.
3. Flexible Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Up to 30 Days Prior: Full 100% refund on land package services minus nominal administrative processing.
- 14 to 29 Days Prior: 80% refund or 100% credit applied to rescheduled future departures within 12 months.
- Less than 14 Days Prior: Subject to individual resort and chartered carrier cancellation restrictions.
4. Best Price Guarantee Conditions
Our Best Price Guarantee applies to identical hotel room categories and airline ticketing classes publicly available for identical travel dates within 24 hours of confirmation.
