What the statuses mean

You get the rider’s name and phone number.

Proof of delivery
Photos, names and times
At pick up, the rider photographs the item and the sealed bag. At drop off, he photographs the handover and types the name of the person who received it. Both photos and the times are on your tracking link for 90 days.
Business accounts also get a daily statement with every drop, its fee and its proof.

I lost my tracking link. What now?
Send your phone number to dispatch on WhatsApp and we resend it.
Can the receiver track too?
Yes. Share the link; it works on any phone browser without an app.
Why did my drop pause?
Usually a checkpoint, a gate or rain. Dispatch messages you if a drop will be more than 15 minutes late.
