Rules
- Swimwear onlyProper swimwear on the slides. No jeans, zips or buckles.
- WristbandsYour e-ticket becomes a wristband at the gate. Re-entry allowed the same day.
- ChildrenUnder 13s must come with an adult. One adult for every four children.
FAQ
Can I change my date?
Yes, free up to 24 hours before, on WhatsApp or by phone. Inside 24 hours we move you once if the weather turns.
What if it rains?
Light rain does not stop the park. If we close for a storm we give everyone a free return visit within 60 days.
Are tickets refundable?
Not after the day, but we always offer a date change instead.
Do I need to print my tickets?
No. Show the e-ticket on your phone at the gate.
Can I bring my own food?
Snacks and water are fine. Cool boxes go in a family locker. No glass anywhere in the park.
