About the checklist
Questions.
Is this a fire safety certificate?
No. It is a guide to help you see your risks. Certificates come from the fire service after an inspection; we can help you prepare for one.
Are my answers saved?
On this device only, so you can come back to it. Nothing is sent unless you use the form.
Why does it ask about burglar bars?
Bars with no quick release are one of the most common reasons people are trapped in house fires. One opening bar per room makes a real difference.
Is a high score a guarantee?
No checklist can promise a fire will never happen. A high score means the basics are in place.
