Seats hold for 24 hours once reserved. Pay by bank transfer or POS at the box office.

Collect at the Box office from 3pm with the QR code we send.
Transfers
Change the name on a ticket for free up to 48 hours before.
Refunds
Full refund up to 14 days before the show, half after that.
Under 16s
Welcome with an adult. Free day pass for under 12s.

Can I pay at the gate?
Day passes, yes, by POS if any remain. Seats sell out before the night.
Is there step free access?
Yes, to the Pavilion and the terrace. Tell us when you book and we will hold an accessible seat.
Can I buy for a group?
Groups of ten or more get 10% off day passes. Message the box office.
