The first tee
The starter rings the bell at 6:30 and the early groups walk out into the mist off the lagoon. Members book up to 14 days ahead, guests up to 7.
07:15The round
Eighteen holes by the lagoon
A par 72 parkland course of 6,891 yards, shaded by royal palms, mango and an old silk cotton tree. Explore every hole on the course map.
09:00Learning
The academy opens
Lessons with our PGA-trained professionals, a floodlit range and a short game area. Beginners welcome, clubs provided.
12:30Lunch
The Verandah fills up
Pepper soup at the turn, club sandwiches for the walk, or a long lunch of jollof and suya on the terrace overlooking the 18th green.
15:00Twilight
Twilight golf
After 3pm the heat eases and the fees drop by 30%. Nine holes before sunset is the best-kept secret in Lagos.
18:30Evening
Competitions and gatherings
Monthly medals, the Palm Cup in December, junior open days and private dinners in the Long Room. There is always something on the board.
