By accessing or using the Taskly platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. User Accounts & Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
3. Subscription & Billing
Paid tiers are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to the content, tasks, and assets you upload to Taskly. Taskly and its associated logos, trademarks, and interface designs remain the exclusive property of Taskly, Inc.
