Booking and paying
How do I book?
Use the booking page, WhatsApp or a phone call. We confirm on WhatsApp and send transfer details for a 30% deposit.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or POS. The balance is paid at the clinic after your visit. You get a receipt every time.
Can I move my appointment?
Once, free, with 24 hours' notice. If you are unwell, tell us and we will be kind about it.
Does HMO cover this?
Usually not for aesthetic care. For a medical skin concern, ask for a receipt your insurer may accept.
Treatments
What happens at a consultation?
We listen to your history, look closely at your skin under good light and give you a written plan with prices. Nothing strong is offered on a first visit.
Can you guarantee results?
No. Skin varies a great deal, and we will tell you honestly what is and is not likely to help.
Do you offer skin lightening?
No. We care for dark marks and uneven tone while protecting your natural colour. We do not offer bleaching or lightening.
Do you sell prescription medicines?
No. Where a prescription treatment may be suitable, our doctor discusses it privately in a consultation.
Your visit
Should I wear make-up?
For consultations, please come without make-up if you can, so we can see your skin clearly.
Is the clinic accessible?
Yes. Ground floor rooms, a ramp at the entrance and parking in front.
Can I bring someone?
Of course. A friend or family member is welcome in the consultation corner.
Is it suitable in pregnancy?
Tell us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. We adjust or postpone some treatments, and your doctor's advice comes first.
Nothing matches. Ask us on WhatsApp instead.
