  3. 60% deposit

    By bank transfer to start. Timber is bought for your job.

    Photos every week on WhatsApp.

  5. 40% on fitting

    Paid when it is fitted and you are happy.

Questions we hear often

Is the visit really free?

Yes, in Warri and Effurun. Outside, we charge transport, taken off your order.

Do you guarantee your work?

Two years on joinery and fitting, example terms. We come back to adjust doors after the first rainy season.

Can I supply my own timber?

Sometimes. We check its moisture and quality first.

What if the power is off in the workshop?

We run on a generator and solar, so your timeline does not depend on the grid.

Do you remove old units?

Yes, for a small fee, and we take the old wood away.
