From payment to your seat
Pay the first instalment
Card or bank transfer through Receivly. Your seat is held from that moment.
Pick your seat
Our ticket office calls within two working days to choose the exact seat with you.
Collect your card
Season cards are ready at Gate A five working days later, or use the e-card in your account.
Instalments take themselves
Receivly sends a reminder three days before each payment, and you can pay early in your account.

What if I miss a payment?
Receivly reminds you first. If a payment is more than 14 days late, your seat is paused until you catch up, and nothing else changes.
Can I upgrade mid season?
Yes, pay the difference for the remaining games at any time in your account.
Do season tickets cover cup games?
Cup games are not included, but holders get first choice of seats and 20% off.
