Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
1. Advisory Scope
All consulting engagements, forensic digital audits, and strategic marketing roadmaps delivered by Aelixa are governed by individualized Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Aelixa and the client organization.
2. Intellectual Property
Upon completion and full settlement of invoices, all custom deliverables, campaign configurations, content playbooks, and architectural schemas created specifically for the client become the exclusive property of the client.
3. Performance & Warranties
Digital marketing operates in dynamic algorithmic environments governed by third-party search and advertising platforms. While Aelixa applies battle-tested methodologies and empirical modeling, results depend on market conditions, budget fulfillment, and collaborative execution.
4. Governing Law
These terms and any specific consulting engagement agreements shall be construed under applicable commercial laws as specified in mutual client contracts.
