Our mini meat pie
Short pastry with real butter, a filling of minced beef, potato and carrot cooked low with thyme and curry leaf, and a fork crimp all the way round. Brushed with egg so it shines on the tray.
It is the one guests wrap in a napkin to take home. Plan on two a guest.

Allergies
Our kitchen uses wheat, eggs, milk, groundnut oil and sesame. Tell us about allergies and we will tell you honestly what is safe.
No pork, ever
All sausage rolls use beef sausage. Gizzard and wings are chicken. Fish rolls use mackerel.
Frying oil
We fry in fresh vegetable oil every morning and never reuse it the next day. You can taste the difference.

Can I buy just a few pieces?
At the Maitama counter, yes, from one piece. Deliveries start from one pack of 10.
Do you make vegetarian small chops?
Vegetable samosas and spring rolls on request, with 24 hours notice, same price.
How long do the pastries keep?
Pies and sausage rolls are best the same day. Chin chin keeps for a month in its jar.
