House rules
Rules on the wall, for everyone
Short, clear and painted on the wall of every zone, so children can read them too.
- Grip socks on all equipment. Shoes in the cubbies.
- Children under 8 need a grown up in the building at all times.
- Toddler Town is for under 4s only, with one adult inside.
- No food or drink on the play floor. The café is right there.
- One at a time on the spiral slide. Feet first, always.
- Feeling cross or tired? The Quiet Nook is always open.
Who watches
Play hosts in every zone
Every play host is first aid trained, checked before they start and wears a yellow shirt so children can find them. There is always one host for every eight children on the floor, more at busy weekends.
The duty manager walks the floor every thirty minutes, and our wristbands carry your phone number so we can reach you in the café in seconds.

Questions
About the zones
Can older and younger siblings play together?
Yes, in most zones. Ball Ocean, Build Studio, Art Corner and the Quiet Nook suit mixed ages. Toddler Town is for under 4s only.
How often do you clean?
High touch surfaces every hour, a deep clean three times a day and a full clean of every zone, including the balls, every night.
Is there an age limit?
Play is for children up to 12. Teenagers are welcome to come along with younger siblings and sit in the café.
What if my child gets hurt?
Every host is first aid trained and there is a first aid room by the desk. We call you straight away for anything more than a plaster.
