1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or creating an account with FluxPay, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all related operational rules. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Eligibility & Verification

To open an account, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where FluxPay provides active services. You agree to provide true, accurate, and current identification information during onboarding and prompt updates should your circumstances change.

3. Multi-Currency Digital Wallet & Funds Safeguarding

Your FluxPay wallet allows you to hold balances in multiple supported currencies. Balances held in your wallet represent digital store-of-value safeguarded in segregated partner accounts at regulated Tier-1 financial institutions in accordance with electronic money regulations.

4. Payment Cards & Security Responsibility

Physical and virtual cards issued through FluxPay remain the property of the card issuing institution. You are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN, passcodes, and dynamic CVVs. You must notify us immediately through the app if you suspect unauthorized card use.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use FluxPay for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: money laundering, sanction evasion, fraudulent schemes, unregistered gambling operations, or purchasing prohibited goods. FluxPay reserves the right to suspend accounts immediately upon detection of suspicious or abusive patterns.
