Egg storage at home
- Keep them coolA fridge is best. Without one, a cool shelf away from the kitchen heat.
- Pointed end downThe air sac stays at the top and the yolk stays centred.
- Do not wash until useThe shell has a natural coating that keeps germs out.
- Use within three weeksOur crates are stamped with the grading date.
