Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By provisioning, accessing, or integrating CipherMind autonomous defense agents, you agree to be bound by these Enterprise Terms of Service and any mutually executed Order Forms.
2. Autonomous Containment Actions
Customer acknowledges that CipherMind utilizes automated heuristics that may execute host isolation, socket disconnection, or token revocation based on customer-configured policy thresholds. Customers maintain full ability to review, customize, and override automated action rules.
3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
CipherMind guarantees 99.9% uptime for cloud console and telemetry ingestion APIs for Pro and Enterprise subscribers. In the event of network severance, local endpoint agents continue to execute autonomous protection offline.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
