Delivery
When the van comes
Monday to Saturday, morning or afternoon. The driver calls 30 minutes before. Bags are loaded the morning they are filled, so they arrive fresh.
- Independence Layout, New Haven and GRA: same day if you order before 10am
- Trans Ekulu, Abakpa, Uwani and Achara Layout: next day
- Emene and further: twice a week
Questions
About ordering
Can I pay on delivery?
Yes, by bank transfer, POS or cash to the driver. Distributors on account pay weekly.
What is the batch code?
A printed code on every bag and bottle showing the date and line. Keep it if you ever need to ask us about a batch.
Can I change a standing order?
WhatsApp us by 4pm the day before and we change it.
Do you deliver on Sundays?
No. The factory is cleaned and serviced on Sundays.
