Getting started
How quickly can I start?
Usually within two working days once we have a valid ID for each director and proof of your home address.
Can I use the address for company registration?
Yes. We give you a letter confirming the address for your application or change of address filing.
Do I need to visit?
No. You can join on WhatsApp and send documents by email. Many members visit only for meetings.
Mail and calls
How do I know post has arrived?
An email alert the same day. On Mail Plus and above, letters are scanned and the scan is in your email the same afternoon.
Can you forward parcels?
Yes, by courier anywhere in Nigeria. Forwarding is included on Mail Plus and above, with a monthly allowance.
Whose name do you answer in?
Yours. We greet callers with your company name and send every message to WhatsApp and email.
Rooms and space
Do members pay for rooms?
Desk Line includes four hours a month and Full Office ten. Extra hours are billed at the member rate.
Is there power all day?
Yes. Inverters and a generator keep reception, rooms and the lounge running.
Can I bring guests?
Of course. Reception greets them by name. Parking is available for six cars.
Paying
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or card, monthly or yearly. Yearly gives twelve months for the price of ten.
Is VAT included?
Prices shown are example rates before VAT.
How do I cancel?
Give a month's notice. We forward post that arrives in your last month free of charge.
