Questions

About this programme.

More answers on the questions page.

Do I need my final school certificate

No. We ask for the last class you completed. Some trades need a certificate later and we help with that.

Can I choose any training centre

The centre must be registered and inspected by us. We have twelve partner centres in Kaduna, Zaria and Kafanchan, and we add new ones each year.

Is the money paid to me

Course fees go to the centre and the kit is bought with you. Only the transport money is paid to your own account.

What if I want to change trade

You can change in the first month. After that we talk it through, because the kit has usually been bought.

Apply for the Skills and trades grant.

Applications close on 15 January 2027 at midnight. Early applicants are tested first.
