About

Started at a cousin's wedding in 2016

Our founder Nneka (example) coordinated aso ebi for a cousin's wedding with a notebook and two phones. By the end, three aunties had asked her to do theirs.

Our story

From a notebook to a studio in GRA

That first wedding had 140 guests, four fabric sellers and a lot of phone calls. Nneka kept a list of who had paid, who had measured and whose tailor had travelled, and it worked.

Today the studio on Awka Road has six coordinators, ten tailors and a fabric store, and the notebook has become the group order tracker.

Our tailors

Ten tailors, one standard

Every outfit is checked against the measurements and the style sheet before it is bagged and labelled.

  • Paid fairly per outfit, with a bonus for on-time delivery
  • Generators and backup machines so power cuts do not stop work
  • Quality check on every seam and zip
